Our Water Resistant Sole Sox have finally Landed! Our Water Resistant design takes Sole Sox to a whole new level. They are perfect for your little one this Winter as they explore the outdoors.

Sole Sox water resistant shoes will revolutionise the baby footwear industry with our innovative design and state-of-the-art materials. Traditional rain boots are bulky, airtight, poor fitting and can impact your little one’s motor development if your child’s foot has not sufficiently developed.

Both our rubber soles and soft uppers are water resistant and machine washable making them perfect for everyday activities this winter. While the outer layer gets wet, the inside stays dry and keeps your little ones feet safe and warm. They come with insoles and are designed to be worn without socks.

When your little one is out and about this winter, it’s inevitable their feet will get wet. Sometimes their feet can be wet all day long. This can have serious consequences. That’s why we have designed Water resistant Sole Sox.  

Our light weight flexible non-slip rubber sole protects little feet from sharp and ruff surfaces while the three-layer water resistant and sweat-wicking upper prevents water, snow, mud, sand, dirt, and mosquitoes from getting into your little ones shoes. Our breathable lining provides comfort and prevents foot odour.

Babies love getting messy! That's why our Sole Sox are made with soft but durable materials to ensure they can be washed again and again! They are designed to be washed as regularly as you would wash your socks. 

They are machine washable (30°C In a Laundry Bag) but look great even after a quick baby wipe or when rinsed out by hand.

Our range of Summer Sole Sox are designed with Fast-Dry Technology so air-drying is best.

Remove insoles before washing and rinse by hand to prolong their life.

Please note that the size guide & foot length does NOT represent the actual size of the shoe, it is a guide to help you select the right size.

Example: If your little one is measuring right on 11.5cm, a Small would still be the perfect size for them and there will still be plenty of room for their toes to wiggle and grow, as the actual shoe will be longer than 11.5cm.

If you don't have a printer, place a piece of paper against a wall and have your child put their heel against a wall.

Measure from the back of their heel to the tip of their toes. The best size for them would be the next closest size to their foot measurement. For example, if their foot measures 11cm, we would recommend purchasing a size small.

At this age, the right size shoe is just as important as the right type of shoe. Shoes that are too big will slip off and cause your little one trip, stumble and fall. We strongly recommend purchasing the correct size for your little one, and not a larger size.

It’s always tricky when they measure in between sizes, that’s why we have a really flexible exchange policy. Sometimes, adding a pair of grip socks underneath the shoes can help while they are in between sizes.

5. Lack of Support and Cushioning: Gumboots often lack adequate support for developing arches and heels. Without proper cushioning, babies’ feet are at risk of discomfort and potential long-term foot issues.
6. Moisture Build-up and Bacterial Growth: Water can easily get trapped inside gumboots, creating a moist environment that fosters bacterial growth. This not only leads to unpleasant odours but can also increase the risk of bacterial and fungal infections, such as athlete’s foot.

Overall, gumboots are not designed to meet the developmental needs of a baby’s growing feet, making them unsuitable for regular wear. But at Sole Sox, We have developed the perfect Solution.
